Lavterskel-løpet takes the podcast's community out into Sørmarka and is carried out together with Fjords Cycling. Children, recreational runners, competitive runners and the public meet in the same arena. Each edition has been given its own theme.

Around Sørmarka.
On 10 August, the first edition ran: 6.36 kilometers through Sørmarka, ending at Ullandhaugtårnet.

Circus in Sørmarka.
On 9 August, it was ready for round two. The adult race kept 6.36 kilometres, while the children had their own start. The circus theme characterized the day.

Ville Vesten.
On 9 August came the third edition: Gårdsløypen, Lasso-løypen, Cowboy-round and Dobbelen. The children's run was untimed.
