Running in the heart of Øvre Sirdal.
Fjords Cycling organizes the Sirdal Løpefest together with Visit Sirdal 365. Start and finish are at the main building at Kvæven. Along the way, slightly hilly terrain awaits on the path and dirt road.

Where do I get my start number?
Friday 9 October at 12–18 at Sirdal Sport and Friluft at Handleriet. Saturday from 08.30 at the starting area at Kvæven.
When do the races start?
Elapse states start at 10.00 for 5 and 10 km on 10 October 2026. The starting order for the Double and the children's race program must be confirmed with the organiser.
What does it cost to participate?
From 1 September to 3 October 2026, the stated entry fee is NOK 390 for 5 or 10 km and NOK 490 for the Double. From 4 to 10 October: NOK 449 and NOK 549. Check the final amount and terms with Elapse before payment.
Are there toilets and a cloakroom?
Toilets at Sirdal Fjellgård. Two tents at the finish line are used as changing rooms.
Is it drinks and food?
One refreshment station along the way on both distances. At the finish line, participants receive food, coffee, energy drinks and water.
How do I choose a pool?
Adjust according to expected speed: 4.00 min/km or faster, 4.30, 5.00 or 6.00 and above. Fastest pool uses shooting time; the others start timing at the mat.
How is the award?
In 5 and 10 km, NOK 1,000, 500 and 250 are given to the three fastest in the women's and men's classes, in addition to prize money.
